Return & Refund Policy – NOCTRN
At NOCTRN, every piece is designed with intention and quality. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be intact.
* The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Items purchased during final sale, limited drops, or promotional sales are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Order number
* Clear images of the product
* A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at noctrn99@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
3. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
* Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Currently, NOCTRN does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
* Worn or washed items
* Items without original tags
* Items purchased during final sale or limited drops
